Relias is a web-based training platform that provides training opportunities for organizations to improve performance and quality outcomes by providing employees with flexible, professional development and online training through Relias’ robust assessments and learning solutions. Relias provides emotional support resources and specialized instruction to keep employees informed and motivated as they continue to care and support a vulnerable population.
CSCL employees were consistently identifying in their annual employee satisfaction surveys that they wanted more professional development opportunities. CSCL listened and started researching opportunities that could be available for any and all employees. Relias was the solution. The learning modules are specific and relevant and can be applied for a variety of CSCL programs. The learning is self-paced and can be re-visited by employees at any time. In 2020, CSCL enrolled all employees in the Relias training platform. This has formed part of CSCL’s Retention Plan (providing existing employees with further professional development opportunities).
