CSCL’s Supported Employment Services have produced two videos about how local employers have seen the benefits of hiring an inclusive workforce and experienced the success of having the right match and support-on-the-job to ensure sustainable employment for individuals.
The SES team asked four of those employers if they would share their experience on video as a new marketing tool to encourage other employers to consider hiring a person with a disability.
