I have worked for CSCL for 13.5 years. My entire time of service has been as a Residential Support worker!
Q: What is your favourite thing about working at CSCL?
My favorite part about working with the individuals is watching them accomplish something that has been a challenge for them in the past – suddenly it becomes a skill they master daily now! I also enjoy being part of a team that truly feels like a family with unified and likeminded purpose and direction in our work days.

Q: What does a “fun” day at CSCL look like?
A “Fun” day at CSCL is any day that Celebrates something….usually with cake!
