Q: How long have you been with CSCL and what do you do?
I have been with CSCL for almost a year now and I am part of the Outreach team. I work with individuals from ILS and Explore.
Q: What is your favourite thing about working at CSCL?
My favorite part about working for CSCL is all the wonderful humans I get the privilege of seeing every day. These beautiful human beings are both supported individuals and Outreach team members. We are all unique and bring so much individuality and beauty to this world, I am just so fortunate to be able to interact with the CSCL community every day. It’s the people who make this job so wonderful.

Inclusivity
Q: What does a “fun” day at CSCL look like?
A fun day at CSCL is a day where everyone I support that either creates/works on/ achieves a goal that is important to them. These days are the most fun for me because the individuals I support are just so much more happy and I am able to celebrate these accomplishments with them. These are the smiles that feed my soul.
