I started at CSCL in August 2022 and I work as a Community/Direct Support Worker
Q: What is your favourite thing about working at CSCL?
The welcoming environment of the staff is my favourite aspect of working here. All of them show each other respect and kindness and everyone collaborates really effectively.

Motivating & Inclusive (sorry two words)
Q: What does a “fun” day at CSCL look like?
My day is made when I go to community activities with the Individuals I support and witness how much they are enjoying themselves.
